Upon starting an 8-week marketing management simulation based on over-the-counter (OTC) cold medicine, our team composed Allround's marketing plan consisting of the brand's situation analysis, marketing strategy, and marketing mix to strategize decisions regarding the product mix, pricing, distribution, advertising, and promotion within the OTC medicine industry.Overlooking the marketing mix portion, I observed the brand's product formulations, shelf allocations, pricing and MSRP levels, and media expenditure to ensure an effective business plan model.
